what is alba fingerboards?

Alba Fingerboards is a Peruvian company that handcrafts fingerboards with an artistic and meaningful background related to the experiences, tastes, and significances of myself, Ricardo.

What kind of releases to expect?

There will be defined seasonal launches, each characterized by unique concepts or narratives that the brand wishes to convey. Additionally, there will be inter-season releases of fingerboards featuring a variety of graphics and colors using maple, walnut and more wood types.

is it possible to expect a relaunch of a model or season?

The fingerboards from the seasons will not be repeated, specifically the special design and color combination. The releases between seasons may be repeated or undergo certain modifications.

can i order a custom fingerboard?

how long will my order take to be shipped?

Around 2 to 3 business days.

how long does it take for my order to arrive to my destination?

Our provider dictates a period of two to three weeks but it could be less depending on the destination.

what kind of payment methods are available?

At the moment only payments via Paypal will be accepted. This includes with credit or debit card via PayPal without needing to have a PayPal account.

In case of loss or damage can I file a claim and/or refund?

We do not refund but in case of such a problem occurs like damages or losses by the postal service please contact me at @alba.fbs or info@albafbs.com
